- The “Employer of Choice” Pitch: Beyond the JD, what is the story? We need to articulate the investor pedigree, the product’s “why,” and the specific “win” for the candidate.
- Day 1 Alignment: We must hit kickoff, intake, and compensation confirmation immediately to launch the search strategy.
- The 48-Hour Rule: Feedback is the heartbeat of a search. We expect candidate feedback within 24-48 hours of every interaction. Slow feedback is the number one reason top-tier candidates drop out—they interpret a delay as a lack of interest or an inefficient culture.
- Calendar Readiness: Align your interview panels and set availability at the kickoff. If we have to wait a week to schedule a round, we’ve already lost the momentum.
- The First Slate: Our goal is to deliver your first qualified shortlist within 10 business days. The faster we align in those first 7 days, the more predictable the outcome becomes.
